Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta (+ Pesto)

  • Cook pasta separately, however you like
  • Get raw, frozen shrimp
  • Defrost by placing shrimp in a bowl of tap water for 5-10 minutes.
    • you can speed this up by having the sink gently pouring water onto the top of the shrimp in the bowl.
  • Inside a hot pan
    • Put butter into pan, heat up.
    • Add fresh or minced garlic.
    • Add shrimp, swirl everything while cooking until shrimp is pink
      • Optionally add pesto at any point
      • Optionally add spinach toward the end of the shrimp cooking
  • Serve cooked shrimp immediately over pasta
