Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta (+ Pesto)
- Cook pasta separately, however you like
- Get raw, frozen shrimp
- Defrost by placing shrimp in a bowl of tap water for 5-10 minutes.
- you can speed this up by having the sink gently pouring water onto the top of the shrimp in the bowl.
- Inside a hot pan
- Put butter into pan, heat up.
- Add fresh or minced garlic.
- Add shrimp, swirl everything while cooking until shrimp is pink
- Optionally add pesto at any point
- Optionally add spinach toward the end of the shrimp cooking
- Serve cooked shrimp immediately over pasta
