- Get raw, frozen shrimp
- Defrost by placing shrimp in a bowl of water for 5-10 minutes
- Put butter into pan, heat up.
- Add fresh or minced garlic.
- Add shrimp, swirl everything while cooking until shrimp is pink
- Serve over cooked pasta
- Optionally add pesto
- Optionally add spinach toward the end of the shrimp cooking
