- cut the hot link down the middle longways, but don't cut all the way through. See the picture.
- you can also score the backside with cross hatches for extra crisp
- Put the sausage into a hot pan open side facing down. It may curl up or separate during cooking, but that's okay
- Cook until desired done-ness flipping when necessary.
- Serve over rice or in a bun with condiments.
