Stiry Fry Teriyaki Beef
Ingredients
- Beef cut into strips
- Teriyaki marinade
- fresh garlic or garlic powder
- lots of soy sauce
- moderate amount of brown sugar
- ginger powder / paste or fresh
- crushed red pepper
- small amount of water
- small amnt corn starch
- Frozen veggies
Process
- put teriyaki marinade in gallon ziploc bag
- add mead into it, sliced.
- put in fridge for at least 15 minutes
- heat up pan
- when hot, add oil (peanut oil is nice)
- add beef, saving the marinade juice
- brown beef
- take out beef and add veggies to pan
- re-add juice to top of veggies
- re-add beef, stir and cook until warm
- serve immediately with rice
