Stiry Fry Teriyaki Beef
Ingredients
- Beef cut into strips
- Teriyaki marinade
- fresh garlic (preferred) or garlic powder
- lots of soy sauce
- moderate amount of brown sugar
- ginger powder / paste or fresh
- crushed red pepper
- small amount of water
- small amnt corn starch
- Frozen veggies
Process
- put teriyaki marinade in gallon ziploc bag
- slice meat into strips, add to ziploc
- marinate for at least 15 minutes
- if longer, put in fridge
- heat up pan
- when hot, add oil (peanut oil is nice)
- add just beef, saving the marinade juice in the bag
- brown the beef, flip brown other side
- take out half-cooked beef and add veggies to pan
- re-add juice to top of veggies
- re-add beef, stir and cook until warm and beef cooked thoroughly
- serve immediately over White Rice in Rice Maker
