Stiry Fry Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients

  • Beef cut into strips
  • Teriyaki marinade
    • fresh garlic or garlic powder
    • lots of soy sauce
    • moderate amount of brown sugar
    • ginger powder / paste or fresh
    • crushed red pepper
    • small amount of water
    • small amnt corn starch
  • Frozen veggies

Process

  1. put teriyaki marinade in gallon ziploc bag
  2. add mead into it, sliced.
  3. put in fridge for at least 15 minutes
  4. heat up pan
  5. when hot, add oil (peanut oil is nice)
  6. add beef, saving the marinade juice
  7. brown beef
  8. take out beef and add veggies to pan
  9. re-add juice to top of veggies
  10. re-add beef, stir and cook until warm
  11. serve immediately with rice
