Stiry Fry Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients

  • Beef cut into strips
  • Teriyaki marinade
    • fresh garlic (preferred) or garlic powder
    • lots of soy sauce
    • moderate amount of brown sugar
    • ginger powder / paste or fresh
    • crushed red pepper
    • small amount of water
    • small amnt corn starch
  • Frozen veggies

Process

  1. put teriyaki marinade in gallon ziploc bag
  2. slice meat into strips, add to ziploc
  3. marinate for at least 15 minutes
    1. if longer, put in fridge
  4. heat up pan
  5. when hot, add oil (peanut oil is nice)
  6. add just beef, saving the marinade juice in the bag
  7. brown the beef, flip brown other side
  8. take out half-cooked beef and add veggies to pan
  9. re-add juice to top of veggies
  10. re-add beef, stir and cook until warm and beef cooked thoroughly
  11. serve immediately over White Rice in Rice Maker
