Avocado Banana Smoothie
This is a filling and refreshing smoothie. It's good for breakfast or dinner. I first had one at a South East Asian market.
- 1 or 2 bananas
- ½ Large Avocado
- 3 Cups Almond Milk
- 2+ Tbsp Honey
- Ice (cubes or crushed)
Blend all together in a blender and enjoy immediately.
You can add an extra banana or extra honey.
Make sure to at least rinse out the blender after making this.
